Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Create Equipment Strategies for Pressure Equipment and Tanks
  2. Prepare Piping Circuitization
  3. Develop Inspection workscopes
  4. Analysis of Visual and Thickness Inspection
  5. Manage, interpret, and integrate inspection and function test data associated with pressure relief devices
  6. Collection and management of inspection/test records database
  7. Pressure Relief Device (PRD) Inspection Report review/approval and recommendation
  8. Compliance check on inspection reports in accordance with the scope and approve and/or send for review
  9. Database management using Meridium, SAP, and other Document Control Databases

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

  1. Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Chemical or Metallurgy)
  2. 9-15 years of Oil & Gas Experience in related industry (Refining/ Petrochemical/ LNG/ Oil & Gas)
  3. Should have in-service experience in Pressure Equipment like Pressure Vessels, Piping, Boilers, Furnaces, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc.
  4. Experience with Pressure Relief Devices inspection, Inspection report review, Risk-based Interval Optimization
  5. Experience in Piping circuitization, RBI Equipment strategies, Inspection work scope/pack development
  6. Exposure to inspection management of pressure equipment, piping, etc.
  7. Exposure to Storage Tank Inspection report review and interval optimization
  8. Exposure to Thickness Monitoring program for Pressure Equipment and Piping, etc.
  9. Experience with Meridium IM, TM & RBI Modules and SAP
  10. Fluent English written and oral communication/interpersonal skills
  11. Experience with pressure relief device inspection, maintenance, and/or repair/replacement/procurement
  12. Experience with PRD data sheets, P&IDs, and Isometrics
  13. Experience in upstream/Downstream Fixed Equipment Inspection/Integrity/RBI Activities
  14. Experience in Meridium/Credo/Pestra/PVElite
  15. Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  16. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams
