Project Engineering Manager
We’re looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will be involved in project management for IP digital implementation projects.
Key Qualifications
- MSEE/BSEE or MSCE/BSCE with 7+ years specialization in Micro-electronics (or equivalent) talent.
- Former ASIC physical design, customer facing and/or project management experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think and organize the communication at different levels of abstraction, good organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of industry standard data file formats including Verilog, GDS, LEF, DEF, SDF, LIB, UPF, CPM, CMM.
- Familiarity with Unix, Perforce, and Excel.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate project requirements on digital implementation covering RTL to GDS.
- Communicate project scope to functional managers and design leads, create project kick-off documentation.
- Negotiate and settle deliverables and dates for inter-team hand-offs with product manager and/or cross-functional teams.
- Establish schedule with milestones, convene weekly sync-up meetings with product manager and/or cross-functional teams to track inter-team hand-offs schedule and issues, follow up with the product manager and/or responsible team until closure, ensure release on time with quality.
- Be the point of contact for issues reported from the field.
- Occasionally interface with customers for the Digital Implementation domain.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $111,000.00-$194,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
