Software Engineer- Backend

The Backend Engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of blockchain-based solutions within an organization. This position requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its various applications using NodeJS/Golang/Python.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement blockchain-based solutions that meet the organization's needs.
2. Conduct research and analysis of blockchain technology and its various applications.
3. Identify and assess potential use cases for blockchain within the organization.
4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that blockchain solutions align with the organization's goals and objectives.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of blockchain-based solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to blockchain.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum five years of practical experience.
3. Extensive experience in blockchain development and implementation.
4. Familiarity with various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda.
5. Experience with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and other blockchain-related tools and technologies.
6. Experience with deploying blockchain-based applications.
7. Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and other core concepts of blockchain technology.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
