Backed by $3 million in funding and with a founding team with experience from McKinsey, Uber, Docker, and Twitter, we're now expanding our core engineering team to drive our next phase of growth and innovation.
The opportunity
As a pivotal member of our nascent engineering team, you'll:
- Work closely with the CEO and CTO to bring products from 0 to 1
- Have the autonomy to steer key architectural decisions and institute engineering best practices.
- Dive into exciting greenfield initiatives: from crafting intuitive UIs for customer facing products and internal tools to facilitate human-in-the-loop AI, to developing scalable backend systems and state-of-the-art machine learning models
- Shape our company values and define our engineering culture
- Immerse in company-building insights. We are committed to being transparent on fundraising, market strategies, and product evolution. Ideal for those aspiring to start their own companies.
Technology: GCP, Docker, AWS, Redis, TypeScript
Requirements:
- Ownership & Drive: Take full responsibility for project deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and proactively solve challenges.
- Technical Mastery: 4+ years of intense experience with backend software development: web application development, demonstrated mastery in at least a single language or framework, creating and maintaining CRUD API endpoints, working with relational databases, familiarity with Docker, Azure or GCP
- Problem-Solving: Navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with Typescript, Nodejs, Postgres, Redis, tRPC, Vercel
- Experience in building search and recommendation systems
- Prior roles as a tech lead and experience in the fast-paced startup environment.
Benefits:
- Flexibility: Fully remote within the US
- Competitive compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 with a generous equity package of 0.25% - 1.5%

Salary Range: $120,000-$200,000 base.
