Work directly with the CTO. Architect a Rust and gRPC API for collecting data from disparate, unstable, and slow government sources. Set up coding processes, analytics, and third party tools. Construct a dynamically-generated DAG of workflows spanning unary and streamed responses, worker tasks, and notification systems. Speak with customers and build something you would want to use.

New responsibilities at this level:

• System Design: Decide the high level structure and specific technologies that power our backend systems and coding processes. Consider scope, user requirements, projections, data flow, availability, maintainability, and more. Lead the company in adopting these designs.
