Conducted troubleshooting and debugging of Control-M workflows to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing system reliability. Experience on various Control-M utilities like ctm_menu,root_menu, ctmagcfg, ctmwincfg, ctmpsm,ctmlog,ag_diag_comm,ctmcontb,ctmcreate,ctmfw, ctmorder, ctmudly, ctma_data_collector Working Knowledge of Control-M/Servers, Control-M/Agents, Control-M EM main components like Database, Gateway, GUI Server, Naming Service and Global Condition Server (GCS). Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, write SQL queries, etc.) Secondary skillset: Knowledge on JIRA / Github/ Jenkins Experience in Agile Development methodologies Excellent communication skills and team dynamics
