Compensation:
$72,800 - $104,000 Annually
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and organize detailed construction files, project records, and logs
- Track, document, and manage project issues and conditions
- Manage the construction Request for Information (RFI) and submittal process
- Oversee and review daily field inspector reports
- Provide and coordinate technical and administrative information to others
- Ensure that project work complies with with all engineering standards, codes,
specifications, and design instructions
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field
- Licensed Engineer (preferably by CA Board of Engineers), preferred
- Professional Licensure or Certification preferred; AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, etc. and/or any other relevant equivalent.
- Experience on airport projects, preferred:
- 0-5 years' experience for Junior Level
- 5-15 years' experience for Mid-Level
- 15+ years' experience for Senior Level
