The Work
As a HealthEdge HealthRules Payer Software Engineer Leader, your primary responsibilities may include:
- Lead the design and development of the integrations between HealthRules Payer and the rest of the customer’s technology ecosystem.
- Oversee day-to-day integration development activities.
- Work with client requirements, technical architects and program leadership to scope and design integrations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for integration.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
