Agility Partners is seeking a qualified UX Researcher to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. As a UX Researcher, you will partner with other researchers to conduct primary research, understand customer needs, and evaluate user experience concepts to influence program areas. In this role you will:

• Design and conduct primary research to understand customer needs, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Bring insights to life to inspire Design and Engineering organizations to focus on the right problems.
• Employ appropriate research methodologies and produce impactful artifacts from research findings.
• Own customer findings, evangelize them to design and engineering teams, and develop research plans for assigned areas.

The Ideal Candidate

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years experience with usability research method / usability testing.
• 5-8 years experience with moderating/ interviewing skills.
• 5-8 years experience with stakeholder management and strong presentations skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Deep analytical and synthesis skills with experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with modern research tools such as dscout, Qualtrics, and UserZoom.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to a user-centered research approach.
