Negotiable 1022 Direct Hire Apply Now Prosyntix is recruiting for a full-time direct hire Systems Engineer to work with one of our clients. Successful candidates will have the ability to work closely with clients in a pre-sales capacity and have strong architecture and systems engineering experience with Palo Alto technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Pre Sales:
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to establish strong relationships with customers.
    • Understand customer pain points and requirements.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, emphasizing the technical value proposition of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
  2. Solution Architecture:
    • Identify and document specific problems that prospective and existing customers face.
    • Propose validated solutions that address these challenges using integrated Palo Alto Networks technologies.
    • Focus on the Prisma SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solution, including Firewall as a Service (FWaaS), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and Software-defined WAN (SD-WAN).
  3. Technical Support:
    • Work closely with sales partners to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
    • Assist in developing leads into prospects and prospects into customers.
    • Offer training and technical guidance to sales teams.
  4. Feedback and Innovation:
    • Provide feedback to product management based on customer interactions.
    • Influence product improvements and feature requests.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong Technical Background:
    • Deep understanding of cybersecurity products, integrations, and critical cyber threats.
    • Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks solutions is highly desirable.
  2. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  3. Collaborative Mindset:
    • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and partners.
    • Able to build trust and rapport with clients.
  4. Availability:
    • Available for travel and customer meetings as needed in the New York Metro area.
