We are seeking an experienced Engineering Cost Modeler to join team. The ideal candidate will develop complex cost models using advanced techniques and perform various cost-related analyses. This role involves working closely with technical and programmatic leadership to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine complex cost models.
Conduct affordability analyses, life cycle cost developments, and cost data analytics.
Forecast costs and schedules, collect and normalize data, and design-to-cost.
Analyze multiple data sets to build engineering models and perform decision analysis.
Communicate findings with engineering colleagues and internal decision-makers.
Required Skills/Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in cost model development, data analytics, engineering (Defense industry), and/or finance.
5+ years with Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
5+ years navigating technical and cost data.
Skills: Active Secret Clearance
Proficiency in Data Visualization.
Ability to communicate effectively with an executive audience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills: Engineering Degree with an MBA
Experience with Python, VBA, MS SQL, and/or Tableau.
Experience with cost models, predictive analytics, or decision analysis.
Knowledge of financial systems, analysis, statistics, and data management systems.
Familiarity with proposal development and government acquisition processes.
Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
Experience with Capture, Position To Win, or Cost Engineering.
Capable of performing various cost analyses (O&S Cost, Sensitivity, Producibility, etc.).
Familiarity with manufacturing materials and processes.
Experience with Parametric Estimating / True Planning.
An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
