Director of Test Engineering

We are working on behalf of a leading chip maker in the area of Broadband (Internet Access over Cable), Wireless, and High speed Analog Driver ICs for Optical Data Center Applications.

They are looking for a Director of Test Engineering , who will manage and grow a team of Test Engineers. The team’s mission is to develop, set up and automate tests for the IC design process, as well as high volume test solutions for their offshore manufacturing and test partners.

Requirements :

Need a BSEE or better with 8-10+ years of Test engineering, and 2-3 + years managing a test team, with emphasis on:

• Strong experience with High volume analog/RF test equipment, like Teradyne Ultraflex or Verigy 93K.
• Developing RF/Analog Loadboards for test.
• Experience with running multi-site parallel test solutions.

Generous Salary, with a 25% bonus and about 25% in annual RSU income. Located in Irvine, CA.
