What you'll be doing...

You will help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of software, quality assurance, and systems engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include:

  1. Provisioning/configuring integrated hardware and software solutions
  2. Collaboration with software engineering/testing teams on project deliverables; building and supporting development, testing, and production environments
  3. Managing/monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
  4. Coordinating/communicating with NSOC; provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 level support

What we're looking for...

You have a strong work ethic. You enjoy using your analytical mind to solve complex problems. You work well in a team environment and can communicate effectively. You are passionate about finding solutions in a fast-paced environment.


You'll need to have:

  1. Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  2. Hands on Linux experience
  3. Coding (Java/Python) and/or shell scripting experience
  4. Must be able to pass an extensive background investigation as a condition of employment

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  1. Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field)
  2. Experience developing software builds, deployment plans, package dependency management
  3. Knowledge/exposure to containerization
  4. Knowledge/exposure with system automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Terraform, etc)
  5. Experience building VMs
  6. Database and/or Big Data experience
  7. Exposure to telecom domain, networking protocols, communications products
