Here's what you'd do:
- Facilitate the conversion of our existing Tableau dashboards to Power BI, leveraging your expertise to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of both platforms.
- Lead the conversion of Tableau dashboards to Power BI, ensuring data visualization and reporting integrity and accuracy during the process.
- Perform in-depth investigations and gap analyses to identify functional disparities between Tableau and Power BI and propose solutions to reconcile these differences.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize report generation processes in Power BI while ensuring best practices are followed.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI.
- Evaluate and analyze existing Tableau dashboards and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimization in Power BI.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations to facilitate knowledge transfer among team members.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends related to BI tools, ensuring the organization remains competitive and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable BI deliverables.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in data engineering and business intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau and Power BI.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Good expertise in creating and optimizing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Proven track record in handling conversion projects, preferably from Tableau to Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and engineering principles, with the ability to navigate complex datasets effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills for gap analyses between Tableau and Power BI functionality.
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
