Position: Industrial Engineer
The Industrial Engineer will be based in Batam, Indonesia . Responsible for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Simulate process, materials and manufacturing workflow and gives input to process engineer by using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and or adequate tools.
- New Set Up Line: coordinate process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement.
- Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
- Lead and supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas like LEAN, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects.
- During NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement, reviews result during proto-typing and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team.
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Here is some of what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization, and the customers
- Well organized and disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively
- Accurate, data-driven, logical, and analytical
