Software Developer

Overview:

The Software Developer provides engineering and programming support to projects and infrastructure support activities. The successful candidate will:

1. Design and develop enterprise applications in a Web environment.
2. Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
3. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
4. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
5. Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
6. Manage websites including design, development, deployment, and maintenance activities, as well as perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications.

Not all Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities apply at each level of performance.

Responsibilities:

Over 16 years of demonstrated experience with the following:

1. Experience with engineering and programming support.
2. Experience designing and developing enterprise applications in a Web environment.
3. Experience developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications.
4. Experience analyzing user needs and developing software solutions.
5. Experience with object-oriented languages and related technologies.
6. Experience with Agile development methodology.
