Structural Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
2. Mentor and direct the work of entry and mid-level employees for skills development, review work progress and results, and provide direction as needed.

Technical Skill and Tools Requirement

1. Oil & Gas, Chemical, Process Engineering.
2. Coordinate with other disciplines, project and site for inputs, schedules and related issues.
3. Adhere to, comply with relevant discipline specific procedures, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Prepare and check Design Calculations, General Arrangement and Detail Drawings, and MTO.
5. Conversant with Codes and Standards like ASCE, JIS, AISC, IBC, AWS, ACI, EN, NS, DNV, ISO, JSCE, BS.
6. Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
7. Proficient in tools like STAAD Pro / SAP / SACS / RSTAB, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
8. Good relationship management skills and strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
