As a Process Engineer , you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our manufacturing processes to ensure superior safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Safety:
- Ensure all equipment modifications and operations prioritize the highest safety standards.
- Incorporate ergonomics and safe practices into manufacturing processes.
- Design and improve processes to achieve Six Sigma-level quality.
- Validate new equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ) in collaboration with Technical and Operations teams.
- Address quality issues proactively, working closely with customers to resolve and prevent recurrence.
- Spearhead equipment installation and upgrades with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to best-in-class levels using process control, statistical analysis, and innovative scheduling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless transition of products into manufacturing.
- Oversee and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and test protocols.
- Lead and report on key projects, leveraging engineering methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or closely related field)
- Experience:
- Process Engineer: 1-4 years
- Senior Process Engineer: 5+ years
- Technical expertise in pneumatics, electrical controls, PLC programming.
- Project management experience and strong communication skills.
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD (AutoCAD, Solidworks).
- Familiarity with cGMP, QSRs, ISO 13485, and statistical data analysis.
- Experience with network communications, vision systems, and data collection.
- 3-5 years in a related function.
