Senior UX Designer

One of our clients in the automotive/technology space is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team on a fulltime, direct hire capacity.

This role will be a hybrid working model in the Silicon Valley area, 3 days onsite, 2 days from home to start.

Senior UX Designer Day to Day:

1. Days will look different depending on the projects.
2. Customer research to find pain points, existing design and strategy elements, suggest changes, etc.
3. Work closely with business and tech teams to develop solution concepts around mobility projects.
4. Map, wire frame, graphics, industrial design and more.
5. Mentor and collaborate with UX team members and junior designers.

Senior UX Designer Ideal Qualifications:

1. 5+ years UX and product design experience.
2. People management experience.
3. Auto industry or related background ideal, but not required.
4. Genuine interest in industry trends, current practices, and effects on auto spaces.
5. Figma proficiency.

Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the company’s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
