Azure Cloud Engineer

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to join their team. As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud Platform Engineering team supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cloud Platform Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cloud Design and Build, as well as experience developing platform orchestration code in Azure Python SDK, Terraform, and GitHub Runners.

Location: Toronto, ONTARIO (Hybrid)
Duration : 6 months
What's the Job?

• Design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure
• Deploy infrastructure and platform environments, create a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud and non-cloud infrastructure
• Identify and resolve performance and security issues in cloud architecture
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technology

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience developing platform orchestration code in Azure Python SDK, Terraform, and GitHub Runners
• Strong expertise with delivering Cloud Infrastructure As Code (IAC) leveraging CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Git Actions
