Skills and Responsibilities
• BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or General)
• 1• 2 years of progressive engineering experience (Preferred) Project Management
• Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
• Computer Assisted Design/Geographic Information System • basic proficiency MS Office
• advanced proficiency
