About the Role:
Job Title: .NET Support Engineer
Responsibilities: -
- Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Provide technical support for .NET applications and infrastructure in a production environment.
- Analize, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability .
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues.
- Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs .
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment .
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures .
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours
Mandatory Skills:
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Strong .NET skills with good hands-on experience in .Net Core and Web API.
- Strong working experience in Production Support Incidents and Bug fixes.
- High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client.
- Basic understanding of AWS or AZURE based cloud experience.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90000 - $110000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
