Our client is a fintech startup.

Candidate Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience with Python and Rust or other low-level programming languages.
2. Must be able to join the team in person at the NYC Soho office every day (no hybrid/remote allowed).
3. Experience in distributed systems.
4. Fast and scrappy prototyping.
5. Transparent communication.

Nice-to-Haves

1. Worked in algorithmic trading.

Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 base + equity
