What you'll get to do:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to gain an overview of cement plant operations
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and managers in various departments and locations to support production goals
• Attend production and maintenance meetings, and work alongside supervisors to learn basic supervisory skills
• Complete assigned projects, conduct root cause analysis, and engage in various training programs
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety and environmental standards

Who we are looking for:

• A recent college graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong organizational and process improvement skills
• Demonstrated commitment, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work in a heavy industrial environment and ability to multitask
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24-hour operations environment

Work Environment:

• Role operates in a manufacturing environment with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions.
