Powell, TN Company is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist Production and Management with the daily task of ensuring that our documentation requirements and shipping procedures are followed.

Responsibilities
*Must have a history of strong administrative/clerical work experience
? Processes Daily shipments in our Software Management System. This includes documents for UPS and FedEx ground shipments, international shipments, andall Freight shipments. Employee will be required to ensure shipments are madein a timely manner and that freight shipments get picked up as requested.
? Create and Send COC's and any other required paperwork to customers upon
request.
? Keep track of On Time Delivery for shipping and receiving
? Assign box and core counts to jobs upon completion.
? Check material tickets daily for completion.
? Updating Estimate vs Actual job tickets.
? Verifying time card data
? Verifying that all material has a Roll ID tag before it goes back on the shelf
? Reviewing spec sheets at the end of every day to verify that everything is
completed before turning into the office
? Keeping up with emails in the quality email address. Work with Production and
Management to make sure that we are sending timely responses.
? Assist in the completion of quality paperwork as requested by our customers.
? Waste tracking
? Track and maintain Material and finished goods inventory - material next door,
reemay rolls, reemay sheets
? Ordering supplies
? Ensuring that monthly press maintenance is completed, and forms are filled out and file appropriately
? Maintaining a current list of projects to be completed
? Maintaining a clean work environment throughout the day and at the end of every shift.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): Per Hour
