Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Firmware and Software Developer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with the next generation of Surface devices, engaging with cutting-edge technologies not yet available in the market. You will join a collaborative team and participate in the Azure Waterfall Development process, facilitating quick progress and numerous learning opportunities. This role combines coding, bug triaging, and windows dump analysis, making it a dynamic and impactful position.

In this role you will:

• Develop embedded firmware and Windows OS drivers
• Grow Windows driver and system capabilities
• Identify and resolve system issues through debugging
• Participate in meetings, coding, and bug triaging

The Ideal Candidate

• 5-7 years of overall experience
• 3 years experience with debugging on Windows
• 1 year experience with debugging hardware/firmware/software interaction during board bring-up
• 3 years of experience with Windows Driver Development
• Strong experience with Windows Driver Framework and UMDF (User Mode Driver Framework)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
