The position is based in McKinney, Texas.

Here’s how you’ll spend your time:

• Lead a team of engineers located on-site and off-site on projects.
• Take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between.
• Work in collaborative, product-focused, value-driven, and cross-cultural teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients.
• Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems while staying within constraints.
• Using design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and solutions.
• Design and develop continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers.
• Efficiently utilize DevOps tools and practices to build and deploy software.
• Act as a mentor through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Apply a variety of languages to your work and continue to code alongside Developers.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of total experience building enterprise-grade software using prominent backend and frontend technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of modern architectures (like microservices, MVC, etc.) and UI component design.
• Self-starter, passionate about learning new technologies, and take pride in code quality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices using Agile and Automation.
• Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Working knowledge of container and orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to engage effectively in a distributed collaborative environment with customers and offshore teams.
