Experience level: 4-6 years

Job Description:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology is preferred
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in IT support role
• ITIL Certified or familiarity of the methodologies is helpful
• Microsoft Azure , AWS knowledge and familiar with Cloud based systems a Plus
• in-depth knowledge and understanding of Incident and Problem Management practices.
• demonstrated hands-on domain skills and track record of successful projects and deliveries
• highly refined and professional in verbal and written communications
• demonstrable experience in delivering a quality operational service to customers
• experience in operating under a Global team environment
• Microsoft Azure knowledge and familiar with Cloud based systems
• ideally 3 years hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL,GSNOW and MS Office products
• experience with Application monitoring solutions, preferably Netcool, AppDynamics or Splunk
• use of or knowledge of automation tools like Automation Anywhere or IP Center a plus
• experience with monitoring solutions, preferably Netcool, AppDynamics and /or Splunk
