- You have 5+ years of experience in a UX strategist or related role, with proven experience solving complex problems and designing world-class experiences for large-scale enterprise programs.
- Extensive understanding of the overall UX process and software development methodologies, including Agile. A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with tools like Mural, Axure, Sketch, InVision, and similar. A vigor and passion for understanding the target audience.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, or a design-related field, or equivalent education and related training/certification.
- Experience in planning, facilitating, and participating in design/strategy mapping workshops, with financial or similar enterprise experience.
