Summary
This role will work directly with the Production Control Team, Technical Operations Teams, and Business Users to document/coordinate the integrated Renaissance Orchestration for all OCC application pillars. This individual will document, develop, and test the Renaissance functional and technical orchestration for the project.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Partner with application pillars to understand and develop the functional and technical orchestration.
  2. Document technical standard controls, processes, and procedures are in place for all Application pillars to follow when defining Orchestration components.
  3. Document and test the transport components to various environments for testing to production promotion.
  4. Define the Infrastructure components – technical integration with Secrets Management, how file processing will work, Harness, Jenkins, GitHub, Kafka Watcher, etc.
  5. Ensure all automated controls (GSD – Good Software Delivery) are documented and enforced during UC4 code promotion to higher environments.
  6. Coordinate with Technical Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams to define and scope implementation plans for major projects from start to finish.
  7. Communicate and manage internal implementation requirements and expectations.
  8. Work with Architecture, application development, IT management team, and business stakeholders to clarify and ensure orchestration adherence to business requirements.
  9. Ensure orchestration compliance with all related company policies, COBIT, ITIL guidelines and other regulatory requirements associated with the project.
  10. Write user stories and functional documentation associated with the orchestration approach.
  11. Create presentations, policy and procedures required to support orchestration.
  12. Creation and management of extensive confluence pages throughout the implementation lifecycle of a project/program/work-effort.
  13. Level 1 Support for Renaissance Orchestration for all environments, especially production.

Qualifications

  1. Experience with orchestration of complex workloads end-to-end across multi clouds.
  2. Software Integration background with Real Time messaging between systems.
  3. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  4. Effective communication skills (both verbal and written), and a commitment to accuracy, reliability, and Interpersonal Relationship building skills.
  5. Self-managed high energy person with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply new tools, processes, and standards.
  6. Highly organized with attention-to-detail and a history of successful delivery according to timelines.
  7. Proven experience leading change in an Agile/Scrum environment in a similar role.
  8. Powerful desire to continuously learn and understand new technologies from a variety of sources (existing internal documentation, self-study/research etc.).
  9. Ability to translate ambiguous ideas, technical data, and complex information into straightforward, effective, and easily digestible documents or descriptions.

Technical Skills

  1. (Required) Project planning tools like MS Project, ServiceNow or Jira Plans.
  2. (Required) Confluence administration and Jira reporting are preferred.
  3. (Required) A degree in Management Information Systems or related Business Administration field.
  4. (Required) 0-3 years working in role as Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Service and Relationships, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  5. (Required) 0-3 years working as a business or system analyst (BA/SA).

Education And/or Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science or Business is a plus.
  2. Experience in working on projects at the corporate level a plus.
  3. 1+ years of software implementation and integration, product support, or project coordination experience.

Certificates or Licenses

  1. AWS or equivalent to demonstrate technical aptitude a plus but not required.
