Civil Site Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer - Civil Group

Seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our Civil Group. The ideal candidate is eager to work on exciting projects and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and team on various Civil/Site Development projects.
• Drive design efforts and advance towards project management and client development roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in site layout design, grading and drainage design, permitting for commercial and residential projects, road design, utility design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Project Engineer in Ohio within 6-12 months.
• Strong ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
