My client is the fasting growing GC with 20 years of proven construction experience in the Southern CA market. This company focuses on public works and DSA projects in the commercial construction markets and are looking for someone who will fit in with both their experience as well as attitude.
Description
- Manage administrative construction duties, including document control
- Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
- Assist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs
- Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and field operations
- Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
- Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists
Profile
- 1-4 years of experience working in commercial construction specifically DSA projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using construction management software
- Strong desire to advance within the organization
