Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the automotive sector, specializing in the development of cutting-edge technologies for electrification, connectivity, and sensor systems. They are searching for a Product Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of HV high-voltage automotive systems from initial concept through to large-scale production.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align design and development strategies across engineering, product management, and other departments.
  • Utilize industry insights to shape product design, anticipating future trends and needs.
  • Lead investigations into technical issues using problem-solving methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing high-voltage systems for the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of IATF 16949 standards.
  • Expertise in Six Sigma/Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  • Knowledge of key automotive industry standards, such as LV 214, USCAR 2, LV 215.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
