Candidate is responsible for leading design, development, and enhancements of our Intranet, Extranet, and Client-server C# vending applications, within a mature Agile process. We are looking for candidates who are decisive, confident, and tenacious in their decision making with exceptional leadership qualities. Expect to be contributing to internal initiatives, team mentorship, and assisting your team with its ambitious development roadmap of products and services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build trust and provide technical leadership in collaboration with team members, acting as a coach for any new team members.
- Contribute to the design of development of our Intranet, Extranet web2.0 C# applications.
- Contribute to the design and development of offline-first client-server C# applications.
- Accurately estimate technical effort required to deliver assigned tasks.
- Commit peer reviewed changes which meet acceptance criteria and code standards.
- Create and extend unit tests for CICD pipelines.
- Create complex database queries.
- Initiate review of codebase for compliance to product standards and roadmap.
- Mentor use of established design patterns for high quality, secure, and maintainable code.
- Participate in gathering requirements and design documentation.
- Apply Agile methodologies to structure and execute releases reliably and with high quality.
- Delight customers by actively managing their issues and delivering timely fixes.
- Establish and maintain a strong business partnership with internal users and external customers to fully understand and meet their technological needs.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years with developing web and client-server applications in C#, within a mature Agile team environment.
- SPA (Single Page Application) frameworks for scalable and modular MVC and MVVM implementations.
- Python Flask client.
- REST microservices in C# and Swagger.
- Tests frameworks for architectural and behavioral components.
- 3-5 years of experience working in Agile environments.
