What You'll Do
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
- Creating timelines and development goals.
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
- Must have 8 years of professional experience.
- Candidate needs to have worked in service side.
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience is mandatory.
- Creates APEX, VisualForce, Triggers, WebService, Data Migration, and other custom code to support implementation and integration of a complete Salesforce solution.
- Working knowledge of CTI, Omni Chat, and Einstein bot are preferred.
- Writes code and develops applications following detailed technical specifications.
- Submits code in a central repository and writes unit test cases. GitHub experience is mandatory.
- Should be able to work on a rotating model for weekend pager duty (shifts for ops support).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- $70 - 75/hr on W2.
