Summary
Manage project and support production during implementation of design.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Solve customer problems through the design of new or modifications of existing equipment.
• Create drawings for production of new or modification of existing equipment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and shop personnel to insure all necessary components are acquired.
• Support production during implementation of designs.
• Support customer questions regarding supplied equipment.
• Create written reports regarding customer issues or recommended equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Job Qualifications
• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Computer Skills: GSS, Spreadsheet and Word Processing Software, Engineering Software (CAD/CAM)
