Data Owner/Engineer

We are looking for a Data Owner/Engineer to re-architect, enhance, and manage the data lake. Manage data processed in the data lake. Provide all reporting and data analytics creation, support, and tools for the USRAP and its partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the RPC's data management strategy, encompassing all areas of data warehousing, data analytics, and business intelligence.
• Lead teams focused on data engineering and architecture, and data analysis.
• Develop, implement, and manage the company's data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and technology capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management and analytics.
• Strong technical skills in data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Top Secret//SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in data management and analytics.
• Data certifications such as AWS Certified Data Engineer, Databricks, and Cloudera.
