Desktop Engineer

CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a permanent need for a talented Technical Support Representative.
This is a unique position working alongside a tight knit team. Each day will be different as you work alongside with others, and solo, to assist your internal and external customers in their IT needs.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Lead and supporting technical projects utilizing proper project management principles
• Setup and deploy computers, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Perform Active Directory functions including setting up users, (de)provisioning computers, and establishing group policy
• Recommend and implement new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6-years of computer support, troubleshooting, and customer service experience
• Associates Degree - IT, Networking, Systems, or related
• Strong technical background with Microsoft products
• Software/Hardware Troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate effectively
