1. Develop routine solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components under the guidance of more experienced team members.
2. Support mission critical infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability and limited downtime.
3. Understand the end-to-end performance of fundamental IT platforms.
4. Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
5. Gather and report on the performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
