Job Description:

We are looking for an Informatica Support with experience using best practices to design and develop Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows (ETL) and reports. A solid understanding of PowerCenter 9.1 is essential for this position as well as a proven ability to work quickly and independently and to provide professional consulting service to customer.

• Strong knowledge in Informatica application development and performance tuning.
• Have full life cycle Informatica projects' experiences on large scale data warehouse.
• Have the ability to do the requirement gathering and preparing the ETL spec for developers.
• Exposure to data modeling tools like ERWIN, Visio, Toad designer etc.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle 9/11g, MS Access, Excel, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, SAS and BI tools.
• Familiar with BI reporting tools such as Cognos, OBIEE.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in UNIX environment, able to write UNIX scripts.
• Very strong trouble shooting and problem management skills.
• Flexible and capable of juggling multiple priorities and willing to do what it takes to meet critical deadlines.
• Excellent Project Management skills with problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities.
• Great communication and presentation skills, highly motivated and self-starter.
• Strong team work ability with interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills.
• Very good at customer relationship management and have relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
