What You’ll Be Doing
- Innovate and implement modern endpoint solutions
- Define and drive the roadmap for macOS management and security.
- Serve as the final escalation point for Managed Service Providers, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Partner with IT Security to evaluate and implement new security policies and technologies.
- Lead technical resolutions and provide on-call service as required.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Endpoint solutions experience
- Desktop management with system design, implementation and support.
- Willing to be SME for apple products
- Expertise in device management, including JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, or SCCM.
