IT Support Engineer- Financial Firm
*US Citizens or GC Holders
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional support to front office traders
* Deploy and manage Windows/Linux virtual machines using Ansible/Terraform
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows/Linux systems
* Implement Ansible automation through roles and playbooks
* Manage Active Directory and oversee an Exchange hybrid environment
* Facilitate migrations to Office 365, Citrix Cloud, and Intune for mobile device management
* Transition the firm-wide video conferencing solution from Polycom to Cisco
Qualifications:
* Strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux systems, Ansible, Terraform,
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
