What Will You Do:
As a senior product designer on our AI Experiences team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-powered enterprise solutions, including Joule and the Generative AI Hub. You will drive critical initiatives and define UX concepts for generative AI experiences for SAP’s business users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influence the direction for AI-powered user experiences across SAP’s product portfolio.
2. Design and ship conversational experiences that utilize LLM technology to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
3. Create user journey maps and conversational flow diagrams to ensure smooth and logical interactions.
4. Test and iterate designs based on continuous user feedback and performance metrics.
5. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
6. Analyze and synthesize research findings to create personas, scenarios, and user journeys.
7. Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
8. Work closely with product and development teams to ensure feasibility and functionality of design implementations.
9. Communicate design concepts and ideas through clear and compelling presentations.
10. Stay updated on the latest design trends, technology advancements, and best practices in conversational UX/UI.
11. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product design, ideally within enterprise or B2B software or AI-driven products.
2. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise shipping web and mobile applications.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch, Adobe CC, and experience with design systems.
5. Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex AI and data-driven concepts into intuitive user experiences.
6. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Innovation: Passion for staying ahead of design trends and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI in enterprise software.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. The targeted combined range for this position is 150700 - 28300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, and scope of the role.
