Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator & Programmer to join our team. This role involves operating and programming CNC saws used in the fabrication of natural stone products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC equipment, a deep understanding of programming, and a passion for precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain multiple CNC saws for the fabrication of natural stone products.
• Write and modify CNC programs to optimize cutting processes and ensure high-quality results.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine settings and adjustments.
• Set up CNC machines by installing and aligning workpieces and cutting tools.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator, preferably in stone fabrication or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operating various types of CNC saws.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to CNC operation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or CNC-related coursework is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience operating and programming CNC machines in a production environment, preferably with stone fabrication.
