- We are looking for individuals ready to or considering relocation to Tennessee
As a Electrical Preconstruction Key Account Manager you will
- Seek out and target Design Build and Design Assist work
- Manage lead generation, client strategy, and top target projects
- Choose targeted projects that align with company goals and client strategy
- Get Weifield on preferred bid lists and lead all client RFPs and RFQs
- Add value to clients by providing a project "win" strategy to the estimating team
- Manage estimates and estimators on the team
- Lead relationships with General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers
- Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
In addition to holding yourself to high standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
- Have a journeyman's license or equivalent electrical engineering, field experience, or a construction management degree
- Excellent time management and project tasking skills
- Possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with high attention to detail
- High proficiency in Accubid and MS Office
- Possess excellent written and oral communication and editing skills
- Be highly curious, self-motivated, and flexible
