Insight Global is looking a Sr. Data Entry Assistant in the Detroit, Michigan area. This candidate will be responsible for:
Administrative duties:
* Assist the project team with the compilation, assembly, review for content, organization, of the fabrication quality control history dockets for structural steel, precast, and other fabricated materials. Submit these documents into the project data base.
* Assist in collecting data and write up of Non-Conformance Report responses.
* Assist with sending out the weekly updates to the fabrication schedule to Bridging North America
* Assemble, review for content, and submit (upload) quality surveillance reports
* Fill in as required for other team member's field related activities, if necessary.
* Commissioning: Assist the commissioning leader with the upload of commissioning test reports into the commissioning management software.
* Commissioning: Assist the commissioning team with the assembly, filing, and upload of equipment test reports and checklists.
* Assist with the assembly and submission of shipping tickets, and RMR reports for the deliveries.

Required Skills & Experience
* Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint (excel spreadsheets!)
* Proficient Adobe Acrobat
* Familiar with SharePoint or similar sharing software
* Experience writing indexes and table of contents for plans and documents
* Organize and sort critical commissioning documents, reports, and prepare them for submission
* Ability to learn Facility Grid (commissioning management software), BIM 360 (data sharing software)
