A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Weekend Shift CNC Machinist, Mill, is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment to fabricate metallic parts, ensuring that all processes are completed to machine finished products to customer specifications.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate metallic parts
• Review blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines
• Start and observe machine operation to ensure accuracy and resolve any malfunctions
• Perform set up of 3 & 4 Axis CNC machines
• Advocate for health and safety
• Support quality and compliance by adhering to procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ Years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
• Machining Trade School Certification (Preferred)
