Duties:

- Guide regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Handle complex transactions and regulatory issues related to capital markets.
- Engage with clients on FinTech-related legal matters and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement strategic legal solutions for clients in the FinTech sector.
- Manage multiple client matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in capital markets and FinTech.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in capital markets, securities law, or FinTech.
- Familiarity with U.S. securities laws and regulations.
- Proven experience advising on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
- Experience with SEC reporting and general corporate matters.
- Strong interest and experience in FinTech-related legal issues.
- Demonstrated achievement drive and high performance in prior roles.
- Exceptional client management skills and ability to develop strong client relationships.
Education:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. securities laws and capital markets regulations.
- Expertise in advising on equity and debt transactions and SEC reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
