Ricaurte Precision - CNC Programmer

Ricaurte Precision, located in Santa Ana, California, is expanding its team due to increasing client demand and contract growth. We are seeking a CNC Programmer to work with our 3, 4, and 5 Axis mills and multi-axis lathes. Join us in a dynamic environment where your programming skills will be key to our success.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Mastercam and Esprit programs for CNC Mills and Lathes
2. Create Tool Lists, Work Instructions, and Set Up sheets in the digital ERP system
3. Assist in job planning considering machine capabilities and machinist skill levels
4. Prepare approved internal drawings via the company's digital systems
5. Support the implementation of digital technologies like ProShop
6. Offer suggestions for part manufacturability improvements
7. Program fixtures and tooling as required
8. Work towards productivity and On Time Delivery goals
9. Provide ideas for process improvements

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years experience with Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi Controller and lathes
2. 5+ years of Mastercam and Esprit CNC Lathe programming experience
3. Knowledge of advanced tooling technologies and approach
4. Understanding of Quality Management systems AS9100 and GD&T
5. Ability to work independently and follow directions
6. Team player willing to assist in various areas
7. Professional and cooperative attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
