As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, as well as managing preventive maintenance schedules. Qualifications:
- Experience of 2-5 years in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
- Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
- Certification in pool operation.
- Meet minimum requirements of jurisdiction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preventive maintenance background.
- Read, write and understand English.
